In some cases such as system outage or low participation, the session may be cancelled automatically. In such cases, the payment made by the customer will be fully refunded within 7 working days.
There is no provision for cancellation by the user. Please make sure that you are available at the session time for the entire duration of the session in order to reap maximum benefits.
Refunds, if eligible, will be credited within 7 working days in the original payment mode.
