under the umbrella of KRT Digital are committed to protect your privacy

online. We strive to collect only the minimal personal data necessary

for the operation of the apps. This may include your Google account

name or Mobile number for user authentication. However, we may also

integrate third-party services like Google Sign-In, Google Analytics

and Google AdSense, which may collect additional types of information.

The term personal information is defined as your personal details which

you voluntarily provide us with your name, phone number and email

address.

The information you provide is used to process transactions, send

periodic emails and improve the service we provide. We do share your

information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the

app. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated

third parties. Specifically, we may use your information and data to:

*To facilitate app usage: Using your Google account name or mobile

number as a username allows you to use all features on our App.

*To analyze usage : The usage data we collect helps us understand how

our services are being used, allowing us to improve user experiences.

*To serve ads: We may use third-party services like Google AdSense to

display advertisements that may be relevant to you.

*To prevent fraudulent activity on our App.

Financial Data :

Financial data is data that is related to your payment method such as

credit card or bank transfer details. We collect financial data in

order to allow you to claim payment from our mobile apps. We store

limited financial data. We would never ask or attempt to store any

confidential financial data like netbanking passwords, pin/mpin, or any

biometric information. Most financial data is transferred to our

payment processors and Bank transfers. You should review their Privacy

Policy to determine how they use, disclose and protect your financial

data.

Children 's Privacy :

The app is not intended for children under the age of 5. We do no

knowingly collect or store information from children under 5. If you

are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided

with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to

do necessary actions.

Security :

We maintain security measures to protect your personal information from

unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure. However, no exchange of data

over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. While we make every

effort to protect your personal details shared with us. You acknowledge

that the personal information you voluntarily shared with us through

our app can be accessed by a third party. You agree that we are not

responsible for any intercepted information shared through app without

our knowledge or permission. You release us from all claims claims

arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in

any unauthorized manner.

Cookies :

Cookies are files with small amount of data that are commonly used as

anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your brower from the

websites that you visit. This service doesn't use these cookies

explicitly. However, the app may use cookies through third-party

services like Google Analytics to improve your user experiences. They

just allow us to collect data to optimize your experience on the app.

Game Rules :

1. The matches are timed games with limited total time allotted to each

participant. Hence participants are required to join the match on time

to avoid losing on time.

2. The tournaments will be based on multiple elimination rounds, where

winner of each round will progress to next round and the loser of a

round will automatically exit the tournament.

3. Winner of a match will be decided as follows:

a. If a participant checkmates the opponent, that participant wins

b. If a participant decides to abort the match mid-way, the opponent

automatically wins

c. If either of the participants does not show up for the match, their

opponent automatically wins

d. If the game is still not finished, but a participant exhausts all of

the allocated time, the opponent with time remaining wins.

e. In case a game is drawn, whichever participant has more time

remaining automatically wins.

4. Participants cannot decide the winner by themselves or whether to

draw the match or not. These decisions will be automatically taken by

the system.

5. The players and their opponents for each round will be automatically

decided by the system and cannot be controlled by individuals.

6. Black/White will be automatically alloted to each participant and

not decided by the individual.

6. The match will be considered started as soon as one of the

participants joins the match.

7. If a participant does not join the match within 2 mins of start

time, they will forfeit the match automatically.

8. Once the match starts, the timer will keep running even if the

participant navigates away from the app. This includes not accessing

the app due to connectivity issues. It is the participant's

responsibility to ensure their availability during the entire

tournament duration.

9. The prize money for tournament winner will be credited directly to

bank account. The participants should be ready to provide their bank

account and pan card details for the same.

10. The prize money may take upto 7 working days (excluding sat and

Sun) to be credited.

11. There may or may not be prizes for winning intermediate rounds

before final round. There will be no prize for winning just the first

round. A participant must win at least 2 rounds to be eligible for any

prize money.

12. The amount of prize money awarded is totally on the discretion of

Chesswyze. The prize money mentioned during tournament registration is

the minimum prize awarded and only indicative of the final amount.

13. The registration fee is non-refundable. Please make sure you can

make yourself available at the time for the entire duration of the

match.

14. There will be short breaks between each successive round. It is the

responsibility of the participants to join the next round on time. As

mentioned above, timer starts the moment one of the participants joins

and more than 2 min delay in joining results in forfeit.

15. The tournament may be cancelled in cases such as:

– Not enough participation

– Server downtime

In the event of any such cancellation a full refund will be provided to

the players.

In case of cancellation due to participation not being enough, the

players will be notified before the start time.
